Code P0562 (System Voltage Low) sets when the ECM's own B+ sense circuit measures system voltage outside its normal window or fluctuating erratically, pointing at the vehicle's overall charging/electrical system rather than a single sensor. Causes are a weak or failing battery, a charging system undercharging or overcharging, corroded main power/ground straps, or a parasitic draw combined with marginal alternator output.
